How can I book a room?
You can find hotel suggestions on www.contactlenscongress.com/en/practical-info/location-hotel.
I am registered but I also want to stay overnight. Where and how can I book a hotel room?
The NCC is organized at the NH Conference Center Koningshof in Veldhoven. This hotel has 509 rooms. We expect a high number of attendees so book on time. More information and other hotel suggestions can be found on www.contactlenscongress.com/en/practical-info/location-hotel.
Lectures
I have registered myself for a lecture / workshop, but I prefer to follow another lecture can I change this?
Registration entitles you to access the entire congress and you don't have to be registered separately prior to a lecture or workshop. In general, whoever comes first serves the first. When there is a lot of enthusiasm (crowded room) for a lecture, the organization can decide to repeat the lecture or workshop.
Is there the possibility of watching back a selection of lectures?
With a day ticket or a business ticket, you get automatic access to a selection of lectures that you can watch back after the event. This will earn you another 10 points.
After the conference, a selection of 10 sessions will be made which can be watched back. As soon as they are available, an e-mail will be sent with more information.
I would like to download the Dutch-language CLDEQ-8 questionnaire from the session ''You Can Help Avoid Contact Lens Dropouts''. Where can I find it?
It can be found with the following link: click here...
Congres diner
I have already registered for the conference, but not for the conference dinner. However, I would like to attend the conference dinner. What should I do?
Go to My NCC, log in and you can purchase a ticket for the congress dinner. There is also an opportunity to make food allergies or special dietary requirements known. You can then pay this additional purchase in the way you prefer. Note you will receive a new E-Ticket. Take the right one to the congress.
Orders and payments
Where can I find the invoice of my order?
When you have successfully completed your order you will receive by email an order confirmation. You can also, after you have completed the order, log into your My NCC account to retrieve your e-ticket and invoice.
How can I purchase a ticket?
To purchase a ticket, you can either:
Visit the ticket shop at https://www.contactlenscongress.com/mijnncc/nl/ticketshop and follow a series of steps.
or
Click on the "Order tickets'' button, and then click on "Buy ticket(s)) and follow a series of steps.
Step 1: Purchase Tickets
As the booker, you can buy multiple tickets for the event. You can choose from the following options:
1. Business Package (Access on Sunday, March 10, and Monday, March 11, 2024, including access to the evening program on Sunday, March 10, 2024)
2. Day Ticket (Access on Sunday, March 10, 2024, or Monday, March 11, 2024)

Step 2: Allocate Tickets
As the ticket booker, you can allocate tickets to the individuals attending the event, including yourself. After this step, the attendee will receive an email requesting personalization and confirmation of their ticket.
Step 3: Personalize Tickets
The invited person must personalize their ticket, confirm their day choice, and optionally enter the KABIZ and/or KP number. After this, an e-ticket will be sent. Note that only personalized tickets grant access to the NCC.
If you are purchasing only one ticket, you can directly put it in your name to avoid inviting yourself. All you need to do then is personalize the ticket with additional information such as the KABIZ and/or KP number.
Example:
Assistant A purchases 4 tickets for her organization, assigning these tickets to the individuals attending the congress. These individuals receive a personalized invitation to redeem their ticket and gain access to the congress.
How can I pay?
The NCC offers payment via iDeal or Creditcard. Please note that there are additional costs associated with some payment methods. These costs are clearly stated with the options.
Can I also buy on credit?
The NCC offers payment via iDeal or Creditcard. Only for groups we offer the possibility to buy on credit. This option is automatically offered as soon as you register 6 or more people. Please note that additional administration costs are charged for paying on invoice.
The option to buy on credit is available until 4 March 2024.
VAT Reversed Charged?
The NCC takes place in the Netherlands and so the legislation of the Netherlands applies. For all visitors, the entrance tickets for the congress are taxed with (Dutch) VAT. All tickets are ordered via the regular ticket system and the entrance fees are not included in the stand rental, this means that no visitor (including the Belgian visitor with a stand during the conference) is eligible for the reverse charge. Everyone who orders tickets must pay Dutch VAT (21%).
